| II. Terms of Service: |

By submitting payment to Xtreme Ice Skating Corp., you hereby agree to the following terms of service:
1. All testing fees are totally non-refundable. No exceptions will be made.
2. Testing fees may change at any time without notice.
3. Payment submitted for testing is good for 1-test, 1-time judgement only.
4. Xtreme Ice Skating Corp. will email you the results of your testing video via our official email address. This email will shows the results of your test. If the test is passed, you will receive a certificate of your achievement.
5. All testing results are final.
6. Xtreme Ice Skating Corp. reserves the right to make changes to any final decision.
7. All judgements are based on the Xtreme Ice Skating guideline-book.
8. If you have submitted a testing video and your video does not comply with our video testing submission terms, you will be asked to re-submit your video, and without charge. This process must be repeated until finished correctly. |
| III. Policy statements and agreements: |

By submitting video to Xtreme Ice Skating Corp, you hereby agree to the following:
1. If you are under 18 years of age, you must first confirm legal consent before submitting a video.
2. You give Xtreme Ice Skating Corp. full permission to view your video.
3. Rules of the rink must be observed.
4. You promise that your submitted video is of you and only you.
5. You may not intentially film anyone but yourself, (unless background skaters are caught in the camera shot). |
