By entering the Action Photo contest, you hereby agree:
1. Allowing Xtreme Ice Skating Corp. to include your work at our official website.
2. Give full rights to Xtreme Ice Skating Corp. to publicly display your work for any length of time.
3. You give Xtreme Ice Skating Corp. full permission to publicize and reproduce your work at any time.
4. You promise your work is not a representation, replication, copy, emulation, or description of anyone else’s work.

| VII. Wallpaper Contest: |
| Occasionally, we create wallpaper. Its available for download at the official website. An announcement will be made at |

the start of each contest. The announcement can be made via Newsletter or email. Contest registration lasts for 30 days. After a winner is announced (email or newsletter), winner will have 5 days to email their photo to: (info-at-XtremeIceSkating.com). If no response within 5 days, a forfeit will be declared and a new contest will commence.. |
